Every camper is different with different needs and skill levels.  It is important our flair bartending teachers have the experience and  knowledge to be able to adapt to change immediately.  

We all learn differently, so coming up with creative and original ways to teach flair so you can understand the skills that are being shown to you is imperative for you to use later on and implement into your flair when you need it. 

You don't have to be a world champion to be a good teacher, but having experience, not only in flair bartending, but all areas of bartending  helps our teachers portray their ideas correctly to each camper. 

We all learn better when we are having fun.  The "vibe" a teacher creates is important for your learning.  Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that is inclusive for everyone is what Flair Camp is all about. 

Being able to teach their flair bartending moves and share their ideas with your clearly for you to be able to understand.  This means showing/ teaching in different ways to "adapt" to the way that you learn. 

AND understanding that everyone learns at a different pace and in a different way.  Our teachers are chosen because they have the patience to deliver the information to each camper in a manner they understand.
